Subject to these terms, M24 Media Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Perfumers Vault 2 on your devices for personal or internal business use.

You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Perfumers Vault 2 offers monthly and yearly subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. A free trial is available on the yearly plan. By subscribing to any of our subscription services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal period. The subscription fee will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform you purchased through. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.

PV AI features are available in PRO mode only and are powered by Google's Gemini AI. They require a separate Google Gemini API subscription purchased directly from Google. This is not included in your Perfumers Vault 2 subscription.

PV AI is entirely optional. All other app features are available without it. You can enable or disable AI features at any time in the app settings.

You can cancel your Perfumers Vault 2 subscription at any time through the platform you purchased it on.

On iPhone or iPad (Apple):

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Perfumers Vault 2
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm your cancellation

On Mac (Apple):

1. Open the App Store app
2. Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar
3. Click View Information at the top of the page
4. Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
5. Find Perfumers Vault 2 and click Edit
6. Click Cancel Subscription

On Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Perfumers Vault 2
5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts

Important: Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Important Notice: All refund requests are managed exclusively by the platform you purchased through (Apple or Google), not by M24 Media Ltd. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly.

Apple App Store refunds:

Contact Apple directly through one of the following methods:

• Online: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
• Apple Support App: Download the Apple Support app and request assistance
• Phone: Contact Apple Support directly through your region's support phone number

Apple's refund policy and eligibility criteria apply to all purchases made through the App Store. M24 Media Ltd cannot override Apple's refund decisions.

Google Play refunds:

Contact Google directly through one of the following methods:

• Online: Visit Google Play refund support and sign in with your Google account
• Google Play app: Open the app, go to your order history and request a refund from there

Google's refund policy and eligibility criteria apply to all purchases made through Google Play. M24 Media Ltd cannot override Google's refund decisions.

By downloading and using Perfumers Vault 2 from the Apple App Store, you also agree to comply with Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review Apple's Developer End User License Agreement at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

By downloading and using Perfumers Vault 2 from Google Play, you also agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service. You can review Google Play's Terms of Service at: play.google.com/about/play-terms

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by M24 Media Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
